HP Enters Definitive Deal To Buy Exstream Software

(RTTNews) - HP (HPQ | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ) announced that it has entered into a definitive deal to buy Exstream Software that streamlines the creation and delivery of personalized documents and other communications materials for undisclosed terms.

The company said, upon completion of the purchase, Exstream Software would be integrated into the Web Services and Software business unit within the Imaging and Printing Group of HP.

The company expects the acquisition to be closed in the second quarter of its fiscal year 2008.
