(RTTNews) - Tessera Technologies Inc. (TSRA | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ) announced that it expects its case against Motorola Inc. (MOT | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ), Freescale Semiconductor (FSL | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ), Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ) and other DRAM suppliers, to go forward.

The company said it received oral information from the General Counsel's Office of the US International Trade Commission that the ITC has overturned the recent decision of the Administrative Law Judge to stay action against the companies.

Tessera said it has not yet received the written notice from ITC announcing this decision and added that it expects written notice to be available shortly.
