e case related to the Company's Abbreviated New Drug Application for marketing the generic version of the 15 mg and 30 mg doses of Prevacid or Lansoprazole Delayed Release Capsules of TAP Pharmaceutical Products, saying that the patent is valid and enforceable.
The company said it intends to appeal the decision by the court.
