(RTTNews) - Arcelor Mittal (MT | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gapped open lower and has slid steadily throughout most of today's trading. The dip came after the company announced it is acquiring Astralloy.

The stock broke support and slipped below its 50-day moving average, down $7.17 at $91.90.
