(RTTNews) - CTC Media, Inc (CTCM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gapped open lower on Tuesday and fell to a range within the first 60 minutes of trading. At about 12:00 pm ET the stock dropped to a lower range and is currently trading at $21.34 down $3.53 from Monday's close.

The decline has dropped the stock well below a recent trading range and to its lowest level since October.
