(RTTNews) - After an analyst downgrade, Navigators Group Inc. (NAVG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gapped open lower on Wednesday and fell to a range within the first 20 minutes of the session.

The stock ended the session at $45.46 down $3.16 from Tuesday's close.

The decline came on above average volume and took the stock below support and to its lowest level since September 2006.
