(RTTNews) - TeleTech Holdings Inc. (TTEC | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gapped open lower on Thursday and suffered some uncertain trading during the first 90 minutes of the session before settling into a range. The move came after the company filed delayed periodic reports with the SEC.

The stock ended the day at $13.27 down $4.63 from Wednesday's close.

The decline came on strong volume and dropped the stock well below support and to its lowest level since early August 2006.
