Gilead Sciences Finishes At 3-Month Low

(RTTNews) - Gilead Sciences (GILD | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gapped open lower but lacked direction throughout most of the first hour of Friday's trading, before easing throughout the rest of the session. The slide came after the company reported its second quarter earnings.

The stock broke support and slipped below its 50-day moving average. Shares closed at their lowest level since mid-April, down $5.87 at $49.53.
