The five companies include China United Airlines Co., Ltd., Shanghai Airlines Cargo International Co., Ltd., Shanghai-Airlines Cargo International Transportation Services Co., Ltd., Shanghai Crane Transportation Co., Ltd. and Dahang International Transportation Co., Ltd. each of the six members is independent in assets and shares advantages with others.
The alliance has nearly 70 passenger liners and cargo liners of Boeing or Bombardier including three MD-11 all-cargo carrier, two Boeing 757 all-cargo carriers and one Boeing 747 all-cargo carrier. It launches over 170 domestic flights and nearly 20 international flights to more than 60 large-and medium-sized cities in China and other countries.
The alliance will absorb other companies in the industry, reveals Xu Junmin, secretary to the board of directors of the listed company, in an interview.
