GoldenGate Software Bolsters Customer Advisory Board

Dublin, Mar 06, 2008 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- RTDCF | news | PowerRating | PR Charts -- GoldenGate Software, a provider of high integration solutions, announced that Terry Dooley, Senior Vice President of IT and CIO of Shazam, Harrison Lewis, Vice President and CIO at Haggen, and Chris Uriarte, CTO of Retail Decisions, have collaborated with other senior technology executives from Bank of America, Dell, Directv, Overstock.com, UBS, and US Bank on GoldenGate's Customer Advisory Board (CAB).

At the first semiannual meeting of 2008, the company noted, board members met to discuss their current IT initiatives and priorities for the year ahead. The consensus from the gathering was that organizations are seeing the need for GoldenGate solutions across multiple areas of the business. In discussions with advisory board members, it was clear that companies today recognize the competitive advantage gained from using the GoldenGate real-time solutions to satisfy a variety of business and customer needs.
