The announcement came during the meeting between the Kyrgyz Minister of Agriculture, Arstanbek Nogoyev and the Ambassador of Canada to Kyrgyzstan Margaret Skok.
Canada is poised to invest $US40 million for the construction of the biolaboratory.
Kyrgyzstan is a full member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and it has to be a full participant of the market. "For this reason certification of the exported products according to world standards is needed," the Ambassador said.
A delegation from Canada will arrive in late March to discuss this project in detail.
