Prestige Cars to acquire eBay Sales by Prestigious

May 06, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- FMLE | news | PowerRating | PR Charts -- Family Entertainment has announced that its subsidiary, Prestige Cars International, has entered into an agreement to acquire eBay Sales by Prestigious, doing business as Prestigious Eurocars, an online retailer of classic and collectible Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar and other motorcars.

eBay Sales by Prestigious was originally founded by Robert Atanasov, president of Prestige Cars International, as an online marketer of classic and collectible cars.

Family Entertainment is a diversified holding company with a business plan of owning and operating entertainment and consumer marketing and distribution companies in the US. In early 2007, it acquired its subsidiary, Prestige Cars International.
