WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Jun 19, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NECB | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NECB | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about August 1, 2008 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 10, 2008.

Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Northeast Community Bank, which operates six full-service offices in New York and a loan production office in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
