Equity One, a real estate investment trust in North Miami Beach, Fla., chose CB's Raleigh office to handle the portfolio, which includes 1.1 million square feet of retail space in 12 centers throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
The package includes three shopping centers in Durham: Parkwest Crossing, Willowdaile and Riverview. Anchor tenants occupying the properties include Food Lion, Harris Teeter and Kroger.
Charlie Coyne, a CB Richard Ellis vice president, will head the leasing effort.
