Convergys Adds Board Member

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Jun 26, 2008 (ASCRIBE NEWS via COMTEX) -- CVG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Convergys, a provider in relationship management, announced the election of Willard W. Brittain to its Board of Directors.

Philip A. Odeen, non-executive Chairman of the Board of Convergys, made the announcement following a board meeting.

Since March 2003, Brittain has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Resources on Demand, an executive search, interim placement, and business advisory firm.

Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer of PwC Consulting, the information technology, process, and strategy consulting business of PricewaterhouseCoopers of which he had also served as Chief Operating Officer. Brittain was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 28 years before his retirement. He is also a director of Perini, Analysts International, and DaVita, as well as two non-profit boards.
