Imperial Tobacco Group appoints Berge Setrakian to board

Jun 26, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- ITC | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Imperial Tobacco Group PLC (LSE:IMT.L) (NYSE:ITC), a tobacco company, announced on Wednesday (25 June) the appointment of Berge Setrakian as a non-executive director of the company, effective immediately.

Setrakian is a senior partner in the law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. He is currently a non-executive director of Altadis S.A, a position he has held since May 2004. He has also served on the board of Interaudi Bank of New York.
