Caribou Coffee offers La Minita Peaberry coffee

Jun 26, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- CBOU | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Caribou Coffee Company, a specialty retailer of coffees, teas, bakery goods and related merchandise, has announced that it is now offering La Minita Peaberry coffee.

The company said that it buys the entire year's harvest of this hand-sorted bean from the growers at Hacienda La Minita in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.

Chad Trewick, senior director of coffee and tea at Caribou Coffee Company, said: "Through our carefully cultivated, long-term relationships with growers, we are able to source rare and prized coffees like La Minita Peaberry. Then, by craft roasting in small batches, we're able to highlight the exceptional nature and flavors of these beans."
