Sigma Designs VP Hung Nguyen Speaks at Connections 2008

Jun 27, 2008 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- SIGM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Sigma Designs, a provider in digital media processing and wireless system-on-chip (SoC) solutions for consumer electronics announced that Hung Nguyen, general manager and vice president of the company's Wireless Products Division will be speaking at this year's Connections conference.

The conference kicks off on Tues., June 24 and runs through Thurs., June 26 at the Santa Clara Conference Center in Santa Clara, CA.

Nguyen is on the Connections panel titled, "Fun without Cords: Wireless Networking for Multimedia" on Thurs., June 26 at 11 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. PT in Grand Ballroom F of the conference center. Moderated by Harry Wang, Senior Research Analyst at Parks Associates, panelists will discuss how to stream wireless HD content, including audio, video and multimedia, throughout the whole home using today's latest wireless technologies, such as Sigma's UWB portfolio of chipset products, according to the company.
