Dynalectric will manage the mechanical, electrical and general construction for the project, which includes the demolition and build-out of 10,000 square feet of existing office space. The Company will install new 3000 Amp service, redundant 750 KVA UPS systems, a 2250 kW generator, four 22 KVA PDUs, and all associated electrical distribution piping and cable.
Trautman & Shreve will provide mechanical services for the project, including 360 tons of cooling as well as future taps to expand the central utility plant to a total of 540 tons of cooling and 720 tons of free cooling.
