Swedish property company Kungsleden AB sells office and hotel property in Malmo

Jun 30, 2008 (NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT via COMTEX) -- KGSDF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (OMX Stockholm: KLED) said on Monday (30 June) that it has agreed to sell an office and hotel property in Malmo, Sweden.

The sales price for the 7,800-square metre property, located at Malmo Central Station, amounts to SEK125m.

The sales price exceeds the book value by SEK18m.

Kungsleden, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is a leading Swedish property company with a portfolio of 590 properties focused in the Gotaland and Svealand provinces and the Oresund region. The property has a book value of some SEK27.bn

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.85 Swedish kronor (SEK).
