The Heritage Centre is located at the University of Farmers, a 150,000-square-foot training facility in Agoura Hills, California and displays the eighty year history of the company with pictures, memorabilia, mementos, signs, film, publications, buttons, papers and oral histories. The Centre was dedicated by the Farmers Board of Governors on 4 June. With over 20 years' experience in the consumer products industry, Parkinson has developing mechanical and fabrication designs for museum exhibits such as installations at the Getty Museum, Disneyland and the Huntington Library along with custom trade fair exhibits worldwide. Parkinson worked at Mattel Inc in El Segundo, California, as a senior designer in charge of Barbie accessories and Barbie-themed electronic toys and custom displays for over 50 Mattel Toy Fairs worldwide.
