(NYSE:RIG) today said it plans to report earnings for the six months ended June 30, 2008 on the morning of Wednesday, August 6, 2008. Following the earnings report, expected to be released prior to the commencement of trading in the United States, the company will conduct a teleconference call at 10:00 a.m. ET on August 6.
