The flight was designed as seasonal summer service, but soaring fuel costs also factored in the decision, said US Airways spokeswoman Michelle Mohr.
The daily service from Sacramento to Charlotte/Douglas Intenational Airport was short-lived. the Tempe, Arizona-based carrier introduced the flight Feb. 25.
