The company has reported net earnings of $50.6 million or diluted earnings per share of $0.39 in the second quarter of 2008, compared to earnings of $63.9 million or $0.45 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2007.
The operating income for the second quarter of 2008 decreased slightly to $94 million, compared to $96.2 million for the second quarter of 2007.
