Overseas Shipholding Group Announces Dates for Second Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Teleconference

NEW YORK, Jul 15, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- OSG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG), a market leader in providing energy transportation services, today announced that it plans to release second quarter fiscal 2008 earnings results after market close on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 and will host a conference call the following day, Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
