The five-year contract is worth GBP10m. It covers hard and soft facilities management services at the airline's aircraft maintenance sites in Cardiff and Glasgow.
Specifically, Interserve will provide building fabric maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, maintenance of docking and aircraft support systems, ground equipment, cleaning services, landscaping and waste management.
Interserve said that it competed with four other companies for the new contract.
