Video Display Corporation (VIDE) has acquired the business of Display Concepts, LLC, of Edgerton, Wisconsin for an undisclosed amount. Display Concepts provides replacement LCD monitors for automated teller machine (ATM) upgrade and repair and has earned a reputation for rapid turn-around and excellent customer service. The Company will retain the Display Concepts brand and its existing sales and support office in Wisconsin, with product design and production being incorporated into its Z-AXIS' manufacturing center in Phelps, NY.
