PowerRating -- Hasbro Inc., the maker of Star Wars and Indiana Jones action figures, said it will raise prices for a second time this year to counter the higher costs of making the toys. A "mid-single-digit" percentage price increase will go into effect Sept. 1 even after second-quarter revenue exceeded analysts' estimates. Last week said it implemented "mid-to-high-single digit" price increases in June
