Vodafone Portugal deploys Callidus's sales performance management software

Jul 23, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- VOD | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Callidus Software, a provider of sales performance management software, has announced that Vodafone Portugal has gone live with its TrueComp Manager and TrueInformation software modules.

Implemented by Callidus Software's partner CelFocus, Vodafone Portugal will use the solution to manage its sales performance and incentive compensation programs for the payees in its indirect dealer channel, Vodafone retail shops, and within its direct sales force. Vodafone Portugal is one of seven Vodafone operating companies currently utilizing Callidus' solutions to automate compensation management processes.

Bill Schuh, vice president for Europe at Callidus Software, said: "Our solutions provide visibility into compensation schemes and help to save money by avoiding inaccurate payouts and automating manual processes for managing sales staff incentives.
