Allianz switches to Kenexa for employee survey administration

Jul 24, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- AZ | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Kenexa (NasdaqGS:KNXA), a software, services and proprietary content provider, revealed yesterday (23 July) that its platform to administer an organisation's leadership culture and employee engagement surveys has been chosen by Allianz SE. The Allianz leadership will be able to shape programmes based on the anonymous and confidential survey results to strengthen employee relationships and enhance overall job satisfaction. The Allianz Group is a services provider in insurance, banking and asset management in about 70 countries. Originally based in Germany, the company operates internationally and in fiscal 2007 the Allianz Group achieved total revenues of over EUR102bn and its asset managers had third-party assets of EUR765bn under management at year end 2007.
