The Internet Infrastructure Services group includes domain name registry services as well as the UltraDNS and Webmetrics service lines.
In his new role Berry will report to Lisa Hook, chief operating officer of NeuStar.
Berry most recently served as senior vice president of client services and business development at Convergys Corporation. Prior to that he worked with Lucent Worldwide Services, where he led and grew a new managed services sales group in North America, and he also served as vice president and general manager of the western region for Genuity Inc.
