Pall Corporation Announces 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Pall shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2008 are entitled to attend the Annual Meeting and vote their shares. In accordance with Pall security procedures, all shareholders attending the Annual Meeting must present an acceptable form of photo identification and proof of share ownership.

To be eligible for inclusion in the Company's 2008 proxy statement and for consideration at the Annual Meeting, shareholder proposals must be received by the Company no later than Thursday, August 21, 2008.
