MBIA's second quarter 10-Q filing, financial results press release and other disclosures, including a slide presentation for the conference call, will be posted on the Company's Web site, www.mbia.com, prior to the start of the call.

The webcast and conference call will consist of approximately one hour of prepared remarks followed by a question and answer session, which will include an opportunity for investors to ask questions over the telephone.
