Recently, Rich served as a member of the senior management team at Exterran Holdings, Inc. in Houston, and prior to this, he served as President, Asia Pacific Division of Universal Compression in Singapore, focused on regional strategies and global business development.
Mr. Leong holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
