Doxycycline Tablets are the generic equivalent of Adoxa, which is marketed by Par Pharmaceutical Inc. The combined sales of generic Doxycycline Tablets, 75 mg and 150 mg, were USD25.8m in 2007, according to Wolters Kluwer. Reportedly, Doxycycline is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections, such as urinary tract infections, acne, gonorrhea, chlamydia, periodontitis and others.
