Mr Oswald reports directly to Joseph Cantie, executive vice president and CFO, and is located at the TRW offices in Livonia, Michigan.
Mr Oswald will be responsible for TRW Automotive's global investor relations function. In this role, he will serve as the primary contact with the financial community and manage the company's shareholder services.
Prior to joining TRW, Mr Oswald worked for 14 years in various finance positions with Ford Motor, including as manager of investor relations.
