Operating revenue totaled CNY 1.588 billion, surging 21.35% year on year. Total profits flied 52.47% to CNY 125.891 million. Sales revenue of its pharmaceutical production business reached CNY 670.1028 million, rising 12.27%. Basic earnings per share stood at CNY 0.2.
At the end of June, the company had 50 R&D projects. It gained new drug licenses and registration permission for its Xiaokeqing Granules, which is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) used in treatment for type II diabetes, in March. It got production approval for Dansen pill, which is for hardening of the arteries, in June. Notably, its Chuanxinlian Neizhi Pill was licensed to be TCM under protection by the Chinese government.
Tasly Pharmaceutical is engaged in R&D and production of pharmaceutical products, especially TCM products. It is well known for its compound Dansen pill, Yangxue Qingnao granule, which is for chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency, and Temozolomide Capsule, which is for glioblastoma multiforme.
