The new restaurant is approximately 9,000 square feet, contains seating for about 280 guests and features a menu that includes BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, handcrafted beer and Pizookie dessert.
Jerry Deitchle, chairman and CEO of BJ's Restaurants, said: "We are very excited to open our newest BJ's restaurant in Modesto. Our opening day sales were very solid, and we look forward to our Modesto restaurant joining the ranks of BJ's other high volume restaurants in California's Central Valley."
