Berry Petroleum elects BoardVantage for board communication

PowerRating -- Berry Petroleum Inc (NYSE:BRY), an independent energy company engaged
in the production, development, acquisition, exploitation and
exploration of crude oil and natural gas, said on 8 August that it has
appointed BoardVantage to manage the former's board communication.
Berry Petroleum will be using BoardVantage to prepare and distribute
its board materials and facilitate its executive collaboration. The
latter will also streamline board work and executive collaboration.
Reportedly, BoardVantage is a provider of secure board portals, with
200 customers. It provides a secure and user-friendly web portal for
centralising board documents, processes and communications.
