According to company officials, Atheros plans to be a part of:

-the Citi Investment Research 15th Annual Global Technology Conference Sept. 3 in New York - the Jefferies 2nd Annual Technology Conference Sept. 10 in New York - the Deutsche Bank 2008 Technology Conference Sept. 11 in San Francisco - the Bank of America 38th Annual Investment Conference Sept. 17 in San Francisco

All presentations will be webcast via a live webcast on the investor relations section of the Atheros website at atheros.com.
