PrivateBancorp Names CEO, COO For Wisconsin Unit

(NASDAQ: PVTB | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) (Current Market Cap: US$1.05 Bil.) has named Mark N. Lemke as vice chairman and chief executive officer of The PrivateBank - Wisconsin. Thomas Tuttle, Jr. has been named president and chief operating officer and Roger Pillsbury as vice chair of the unit.

Lemke replaces John Williams, who remains chairman of The PrivateBank - Wisconsin and is COO for PrivateBancorp, Inc. Tuttle and Pillsbury are moving into newly created positions.

Tuttle, along with Lemke and Williams, helped established The PrivateBank - Wisconsin. Pillsbury joined The PrivateBank - Wisconsin in December.

Chicago-based PrivateBancorp is a financial services company with 22 offices in nine states and more than $7.5 billion in assets as of June 30.
