BAE said it would carry out work on the contract, which could be worth up to $6.9 billion divided among BAE and other prime contractors, at sites across the U.S.
Major work planned under the contract includes depot-level maintenance of air force and Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) aircraft, development of weapon systems and technology insertion into existing weapon systems.
