NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command 60TH CONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4538165A003; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 20080513. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511. The business size standard is 12.5 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Q301. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8071. Travis Air Force Base intends to award a sole source requiremement for a Oncotype DX Laboratory test services to Genomic Health Inc. Justification for a sole source include the following: The sole source vendor is the only responsible resource that can perform and interpret Oncotype DX Laboratory tests. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
