Mannatech Inc board reports dividend

Aug 28, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- MTEX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The board of directors of Mannatech Inc (NASDAQ: MTEX), a provider of nutritional supplements, topical and skin care products and weight management products, announced on 27 August a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.02 per share on its common stock, down USD0.07 per share from the dividend paid in the second quarter 2008.

The payment will be made on 29 September 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business as of 10 September 2008.
