The SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management Suite includes Performance Management, Goal Management, 360 Degree Reviews, Succession Management, Compensation Management, Learning and Development, Recruiting Management, Employee Profile and Analytics and Reporting applications, creating a network of information related to employee performance within the company. Caribou Coffee (http://www.cariboucoffee.com) is a company-owned gourmet coffee house operator. Coffee is brought to customers via channels such as grocery stores, online or through coffee houses. It received the Specialty Coffee of America Association's (SCAA's) 2008 Roasters Choice Tasting Competition Gold Award.
