NOTICE TEXT: Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Southern Region SOLICITATION for SUPPLIES/SERVICESProvide and Installation of Autodesk Software for 3 FAA Service Areas: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX and Seattle, WA. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of software, inventory of existing drawing files and performing conversion. Create drawing standards with layer assignments and conventions and provide training for all three facilities. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract. Due date for offers: September 4, 2008 by 4:00 pm. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. Estimated price range: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov). Vendors will be evaluated on the following:Drawing and Cleanup & Conversion approach, Populating Customer data, installation, setup and configuration, training, and pricing.
