Trico Marine Services Inc names new group treasurer and director, financial planning

Sep 01, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- TRMA | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Trico Marine Services Inc (NasdaqGM:TRMA), an integrated provider of subsea, trenching and marine support vessels and services,reported on 29 August that Stephen Morrell has been named group treasurer and director of financial planning.

In this position Morrell will report to Geoff Jones, chief financial officer of the company.

Morrell brings to the company over 15 years of financial experience, which includes more than 10 years with US Airways where he served in various roles including vice president of finance and treasurer. In addition he spent seven years with the US Navy and rose to the rank of Lieutenant.
