disclosed on 31 August that as Hurricane Gustav heads toward the Gulf
Coast region, it has mobilised its Catastrophe Response Team along with
five Mobile Claim Headquarters.
The Mobile Claim Headquarters are self-contained RVs designed to
operate as insurance claim offices and are staffed to provide claim
services to customers immediately, following a disaster. Debit cards
for immediate living expenses are issued on the spot to policyholders.
