California Pizza Kitchen opens new location in Mexico

Sep 02, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- CPKI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- California Pizza Kitchen Inc (CPK) (Nasdaq:CPKI), a casual dining chain, announced on Monday (1 September) that the company has opened a new restaurant in Satellite, Mexico City, Mexico.

The new restaurant, which is reportedly the company's fourth location in Mexico, has been opened by CPK franchise partner Grupo Calpik, S.A. de C.V.

The new, two-level CPK restaurant can seat approximately 300 people, and is located at the Plaza Satellite Mall, in Satellite, a suburb of Mexico City.
