Amdocs' CES 7.5 Software chosen by Thailand's True Corporation for convergent billing

PowerRating -- Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), a company that provides software and services to the
communication service industry, revealed yesterday (2 September) that
Amdocs CES - Billing 7.5, from Amdocs Customer Experience Systems
product portfolio, will be deployed by True Corporation (SET:TRUE), a
quad-play provider in Thailand.
Having previously deployed Amdocs' billing software to support its
wireless, broadband and wire line operations, True is upgrading to
Amdocs CES - Billing 7.5 to support convergent offerings covering Pay
TV and Internet services, besides its wire line, wireless and broadband
cable. Product support and maintenance for the upgrade will be an
ongoing service provided by Amdocs.
Amdocs CES delivers the operating environment service providers with
the ability to transform from providers of utility (voice, data and
video) services into digital. The Amdocs CES portfolio uses its
business process best practices and traditional business support
systems, operations support systems and service delivery platforms to
enable service providers to address both current and emerging customer
experience business processes.
